This is the only handrail that will register your Lipslide and Feeble.

There’s this mission in Philadelphia/Philly that asks you to do a Lipslide and a Feeble on a handicapped handrail.
These tricks will only get registered when done in this handrail. The other 3 handrails won’t get your trick registered.
After many failed attempts using the uppermost handrail because it was easier, and trying them all, I found out that that green one is the only one that works.
