Farm souls and blood by running a fast killing BP with darkness modules in it and click pumpkins as they appear. As far as I know, run level / difficulty doesn’t matter for pumpkins / blood / souls gains so you can set a BP with max kill speed potential and run at an easy difficulty / region / level and get more than you would having to run a slower killing BP at a higher difficulty.
Blood and souls both have upgrades in them to increase your pumpkin gains. This is why it works to farm them to increase your pumpkin flow.
If you don’t want to sit and watch to click the pumpkins, you can either rely on the “auto” pumpkin gains or set up an auto-clicker to click just above the tower. Pumpkins bounce up and down and make their way to your tower so setting your auto-clicker just above the tower seems the best spot to get them as often as possible.
You can also try to make as many pumpkin producers as possible but the rate they produce is pretty bad and you don’t get enough factory pumpkins to mass craft them to make up for the low production.
