Tiny Glade – Rustic Wooden Bridge Guide

Rustic Wooden Bridge + Rustic Floor Tiles Bridge

By Mc Tïsane.

It’s made of fences (as low as possible) that I put in water. Don’t forget to pick up the color you want for it before you draw a Path under it to transform it into long wooden boards.

First, I made long ones (like when you draw a long wall). To make it straight, I drew a little fence and then I lengthened it by stretching the point at each end. I aligned 4 of them.

Then I put the little ones (perpendicular) and a bit higher to hide the seams and make some stairs to adjust with the terrain. Those ones make it very rustic, even though the long boards are straight. With the levels of the ground, it looks more natural too.

I’m sure there are many ways to use it. For example, I got another idea with tiles on water. The last pic is tiles of stone (freehand walls) and tiles of fences (with very short fences). I’ve made it hyper fast to test, but I think this can be better with more time and skills.

  • I use fence with only two points to place it properly, on a Walk . If no walk underwater, the fences wouldn’t transform in wooden boards.
  • Then you can cut the long fences to adjust their height (exactly as you can do for walls).
  • Place fences in perpendicular to the long ones to hide seams or make stairs (adjusting because of different heights of the bridge).

If I start with fences that has only two points for everything, it’s because the difficulty is to place then adjust the height. So this is simpler like this. Then you’ll see, the long fences will have differents height parts. If you cut where the height changes then you can adjust part by part.
