Two Point Hospital – Reduce Long Waiting Times and Deaths

Reduce Long Waiting Times and Deaths

To prevent patients from having to wait too long and thus becoming dissatisfied or even dying because everything took too long, there is a trick that works very well for me.

Click on the patient list at the bottom, then click on „Diagnosis“ twice in succession at the top so that everything is displayed in succession with the treatment progress and not in a jumble. Then click on each patient once in this list and when the personal information window appears on the right, click on the green button “Send for treatment”. Then they go directly to the room in question and don’t have to waste any more waiting time for other rooms.

This saves a lot of time and of course they still die but not nearly as often as they do when you don’t send them directly for treatment.

If you want to click on everyone in this list, you should press the space bar for this duration so that the game is paused. Otherwise, the positions of the patients change constantly which makes it difficult to click on the treatment button or it disappears during the time when the patient goes somewhere else instead of going straight to treatment.

You should also click on the patient list every 1–2 minutes or so, so that not too many patients accumulate and it is possibly too late for some of them to receive treatment.

Another way to shorten the wait is to click on the tab for finances at the bottom and then on “Guidelines” at the top right and then tick the box right at the beginning to speed up the process.

Also in hospitals, for example, where you constantly need a lot of money and there are many deaths because you don’t have money for treatment rooms or new properties, you can select a high number at the top of the “Guidelines” to reduce deaths.

At the same time, you should also go to the “Finances” tab and then click on „Prices“ and try to increase everything to get more money for everything. Of course, you shouldn’t overdo it because otherwise, the patients will refuse to spend so much money.

For me, it works quite well when I increase everything to 30%. This and also what I mentioned about the “Guidelines” have to be re–adjusted at every hospital if you haven’t done it there before.
