New Southern Chronicles Side Storyline Guide

Medicine Saint Route
- Accept quests from NPC Tiedan in Qinghe Village.
- After completing this quest , have a second conversation with Gusu City NPC Liu Mayi to trigger subsequent tasks.
- Go to the deepest part of the cave, West of the Monkey Woods located outside Qinghe village, to find the exotic golden scorpion and hand it over to Liu Mayi to enter the Medicine Saint route.
Yia Vang Route
- Without entering other routes, go to the deepest part of the cave above the Monkey Woods located outside Qinghe village to find the golden scorpion.
- Defeat the boss fight, and give or exchange the exotic golden scorpion to Yia Vang.
- Continue on and follow the [SIDE QUEST] The Scorpion Envoy
Poison Merchant Route
- Trigger the plot when approaching the poison merchant Yuan Jiang on the west side of Solitary Cloud Marsh Pier without entering other routes.
- Go to the deepest part of the cave above the Monkey Woods to find the exotic golden scorpion.
- Hand it over to Yuan Jiang to enter the Poison Merchant Route.
