The first installment of the Mafia crime tale is set in the 1930s in Lost Heaven, Illinois. Rise through the ranks of the Mafia during the Prohibition era of organized crime, remade from the ground up. Tommy Angelo, a cab driver, is thrown into a violent underworld after a run-in with the mob. Tommy is initially hesitant to join the Salieri crime family, but the incentives are too great to pass up.
