So, the connection problem looks like this: You send an invitation to a friend, he accepts it and connects, the “bell” rings as if he has connected, but you don’t see him, and for him the picture looks like this – Just a static landscape of the initial map, where You can’t even see the host.

Even if you start the game with a “connected” friend, nothing will change for him.

And this issue is resolved quite simply, the developers themselves described it in a response to my discussion: All that is needed is for all participants in the game to exit the “Invisible” or “Offline” mode in Steam, and it is advisable to restart the game itself, and then everything will be fine works.

I would like to note that the game search mode with random people is currently working unstable, and for some it works, for others it doesn’t, but there is no solution yet.
