Background
Background Information: It is assumed that someone was murdered in the house as you start hearing sounds and visions of the one murdered. Some say it’s the profs wife that was murdered and she’s at the house to haunt the new owners. To remove the demons and spirits you must rest her to peace and bury her in the backyard.
Step #1
When you first load up the house go to the far left side of the backyard and you will see a coffin with a grave tomb beside it.
Step #2
Press your “Use” key (default is “e”) on the coffin to pull out the shovel. Start digging the hole.
Step #3
Press your “Use” key (default is “e”) to place the coffin in the ground. Her soul and body is now buried and it becomes daytime with all the demons and spirits gone. Enjoy renovating the haunted house!

To make a quick buck, sell the coffin and the tombstone for $21,000.
