How Many Dailies for a Red?

Emperor’s Chest has 4.8% chance of a red dropping. The odds suggest that it takes about 21 days to get a red, if you were strictly doing dailies on low difficulty.

I have 9 hats from commendation chests (Not DLC or achievement related).

9 / 794 x 100 = 1.13% chance.  

It’s probably about 1 – 1.2% chance of dropping a hat from commendation chest.
