When Rockstar turns on the event, you need to be in the open world, not inside any building you own. You will receive a message in the game that tells you to look for the collectibles. If you find all of them, you will get the Impotent Rage Outfit and Hairstyle, as well as figurines for your casino penthouse. The last two figurines, number 99 and 100, will only show up after you have found the first 98.

How to Start the Collectible Action Figure Mission?
You might have noticed that you have a new message from Hardcore Comic Store when you next log in, it reads:
“Hey, u dont know me but Lester gave me ur number. I run the hardcore comic store on eclipse and last night my nemesis stole like my whole collection of mint condition action figures and then he responded to my lifeinvader emergency status and he was like LMAO ull nvr find them so I went to the police but they just laughed like a lot. Anyway can u plz find them for me? If u do I’ll hook u up with the good ♥.”
Now you just got to find them!
