Secret Room Guide

Note: you have to complete at least the 4th main quest to reach this secret room.
To find this secret room in the 3rd DLC of Borderlands 3 you have to go on:
- Gehenna–>Vestige– > Vestige-Pod.
Once you’re here reach this location:
Go to the other side of this wood wall and then turn around and use this teleporter.
Now you are in the secret room.
In this room you can find this image and 2 loot case + 1 (the llama destroy it with a melee attack).
If you watch the map you are under Vestige.
