AION 2 – Daevanion Boards Guide

Daevanion Boards

Daevanion Boards resemble the Paragon Board from Diablo 4. There are 8 boards in total, and each unlocked tile provides stats and/or skill levels.

Respeccing points is nearly free, so you are not permanently locked into the tiles you choose.

Each board starts from the middle and contains four types of tiles:

TileEffect
GrayBasic stats
GreenPassive skills or double stats
BlueActive skills or % stats
OrangeSignificant stats

Orange tiles are located on the corners and sides of the boards, requiring the most distance to reach.

White Daevanion Boards

The four main white boards are:

  • Nezekan
  • Zikel
  • Vaizel
  • Triniel

These four boards share the same points. If you have 100 points, those points can be used across all four white boards.

These boards cannot be maxed out, so prioritize your points carefully.

Priority Order

  1. Prioritize your key Active Skills first. These help you reach level 12, 16, and especially 20.
  2. After picking up the key Active Skills, go for the important Orange tiles.
  3. You will have enough points for all Active and Passive Skills.
  4. Most Orange paths are very high value, but some are not needed for PvE.
  5. Attack Bonus Gray tiles are valuable. Eventually, pick up all of them.

For PvE, the following tiles provide no value:

  • Multi-hit Resist on the Triniel board
  • Critical Damage Tolerance on the Vaizel board
  • Weapon Damage Tolerance on the Marchutan board

You can sacrifice the paths toward the Orange Multi-hit Resist and Critical Damage Tolerance tiles on the Vaizel and Triniel boards to reach Attack Bonus tiles instead.

Weapon Damage Tolerance on the Marchutan board also provides no value in PvE. However, you can unlock it because you can infinitely farm the unlock Crystals for this board.

Nezekan Brawler Board

A finished Nezekan Brawler board is an example of how the board can be completed.

Colored Daevanion Boards

There are four additional colored boards:

  • Ariel
  • Azphel
  • Marchutan
  • Yustiel

These boards do not provide Skill Levels. Unlike the first four white boards, they do not share the same points. Each colored board has its own individual points.

Ariel Board

Ariel is the PvE board.

  • Orange tiles provide PvE Damage Boost/Tolerance.
  • The board can be completed by farming Dungeons, including Conquest and Transcendence.

Azphel Board

Azphel is the PvP board.

  • It is not needed for PvE.

Marchutan Board

Marchutan provides general stats and is intended for mid-game progression.

  • Orange tiles provide Weapon Damage Boost/Tolerance.
  • Weapon Damage Tolerance is worthless in PvE.
  • The board can be completed by farming Dungeons, including Conquest and Transcendence.
  • It can also be completed by converting Yustiel Crystals at a 1:1 ratio.

Yustiel Board

Yustiel provides general stats and is intended for end-game progression.

  • Orange tiles provide Attack/Defense Increase.
  • The board can be completed by farming Dungeons, including Conquest and Transcendence.
