Gear Enhancement and Basic Stats
Beginner Tip: Check Where Items Come From
You can select any item in-game and choose Source to see where that item can be obtained from.

Enhancement and Amp Levels
Gear can be enhanced using Kinah and Enhance Stones or Amplify Stones.
The enhancement system differs by gear grade:
- Yellow/Unique Gear can be enhanced to +15, followed by an additional five Amp levels.
- Orange/Heroic Gear can be enhanced to +20, followed by an additional five Amp levels.
- Amp levels are represented by the blue diamonds shown on the gear interface.
- Amp levels unlock additional orange stats.
- The available Amp stats depend on the type of gear.
A Yellow/Unique gear piece at +15, Amp 5 that is transferred into an Orange/Heroic piece becomes +20, Amp 0.
Maximum Amp Stats
At Amp Level 5, the listed additional stats are:
| Gear Type | Amp Stats at Level 5 |
|---|---|
| Weapons | Attack +150, Attack Increase +5% |
| Armor | Defense & HP +400, Defense & HP Increase +5% |
| Accessories | Attack +100, Defense +200, Attack Increase +5% |
Stat Lines and Soul Binding
Stat Lines are randomized stats generated from a pool specific to the type of gear piece.
For example, all helmets use the same stat pool, while all weapons use their own stat pool.
Stat lines can be modified in several ways:
- Synch Stones can reroll individual stat lines.
- An Orange Soul Codex: Reset, also known as a Reset Book, can completely shuffle all stat lines.
- Soul Codex books can increase the value of individual stats, allowing them to reach higher values.
Unlocking an Additional Stat Line
An additional stat line can be unlocked using a Philosopher’s Stone after the Soul Binding Rate reaches 100%.
To reach 100%, enhance every stat to 100% using Soul Codex books through:
Enhancement > Soul Binding > Bind
The additional stat line created with a Philosopher’s Stone has an important transfer restriction:
- The Philosopher’s Stone stat line is lost when transferring gear.
- The other Soul Binding stat lines transfer normally.
Manastone and Soulstone Stats
Manastones and Soulstones provide additional randomized stat lines by consuming or “rolling” the corresponding stones on gear.
- Manastones are used on Weapons and Armor.
- Soulstones are used on Accessories.
- Stat values increase according to stone grade: Gray → Green → Blue → Yellow.
- Higher-grade Manastones and Soulstones have a higher chance of producing higher-grade stats.
Manastone and Soulstone stat lines have a transfer restriction:
- Manastone and Soulstone lines are lost when transferring gear.
Theostones
Theostones can be embedded into Weapons to provide a percentage chance of triggering an additional effect when an attack lands.
For example, a Theostone may provide a 2% chance to deal 5,000 Water damage to a single target on attack.
Lower-grade Theostones can be combined for a chance to create a higher-grade Theostone, using a system similar to the Closet > Combine system for skins.
Theostones account for a very small portion of overall damage, listed as less than 1%.
Theostone effects have a transfer restriction:
- Theostones are lost when transferring gear.
Potential Stats
Potential Stats provide additional PvE-related bonuses.
On the Asia server, crafted gear automatically has its Potential Stats unlocked at maximum value. According to the provided information, crafted gear on Global will not have this automatic benefit.
Potential Stats can otherwise be unlocked using Potential Stones.
Potential Stones are mainly obtained from Expedition – Conquest Dungeons.
The bonuses depend on the type of gear:
- Weapons and Accessories: PvE Damage Boost %
- Armor: PvE Damage Tolerance %
On the Asia server, crafted gear provides more PvE Damage Boost/Tolerance than dungeon gear. This difference is not yet confirmed for Global.
Potential Stat lines have a transfer restriction:
- Potential Stat lines are lost when transferring gear.
Pantheon Stats and Statues
Pantheon Stats are additional bundled stat effects. Each Pantheon Stat provides two effect stats.

Pantheon Stats can be obtained from:
- Bracelets
- Arcana
- Pantheon, by obtaining and equipping Statues and Portraits

- Bracelet: Pantheon Stats
- Brooch: Basic stats
The Bracelet is first obtained through the first Raid, Ludra.
The Brooch is first obtained through the third Raid, Muspel.
Only Rings provide Active Skill Lines among the accessories.
Accessories provide damage and defensive stats, with a greater focus on damage. They also provide Skill Lines that increase Skill Levels.
Belt & Amulet
The Belt and Amulet are both obtained through the level 45 Main Story Quest line.
These two gear pieces are enhanced differently from regular gear. They require specific enhancement scrolls:
- Belt:
Noble Belt Enhance Scrolls - Amulet:
Fierce Battle Amulet Enhance Scrolls
Belt enhancement scrolls are obtained by clearing Strongholds.
Amulet enhancement scrolls are obtained by turning in feathers.
Both pieces are first obtained through the Main Story Quest. After reaching +10, the item can be converted into a higher grade using Substance Morph. Orange/Heroid is the maximum grade.
The Belt provides defensive stats, while the Amulet provides offensive stats.
Runes
Runes are enhanced by combining two Runes together. They can be destroyed when the enhancement fails, similar to BDO accessory enhancement. Enhancement also requires Clash Rune Enhance Scrolls.
Runes are the only gear pieces that are destroyed when enhancement fails.
Most high-rank end-game players are around +7 on both Runes.

The Multi-hit Chance progression after +9 is not confirmed.
Pendant
The Pendant is obtained through the level 50 Main Story Quest line in the new region in the Chapter 1 expansion.
It can be enhanced using Yellow/Unique Amp Stones and Radiant Balaur's Essence.
The Pendant can be enhanced up to +20 and cannot currently be Amp’d. The Pendant becomes increasingly expensive to level as it approaches the maximum.

| Perfect Chance | 0%, +0.5% per level after +8 |
| Double Chance | 0%, +0.5% per level after +13 |
The Pendant provides offensive and defensive stats.
Closet (Transmog)
The Closet (Transmog) system is a long-term horizontal progression system. As you unlock more skins, you gain additional stats.
Each skin type provides a percentage-based stat increase related to that skin type. For example, unlocking more weapon skins grants a Weapon Attack Increase percentage specifically for your weapon.

Attack Increase Example
If your weapon, in this case Fists (Gauntlet), has 500 Attack and your Closet provides a +6.7% Fist Attack Increase, the 6.7% increase is applied to the weapon’s 500 Attack.
Outfit Damage Formula
Outfit Damage = [(Min Attack + Max Attack) ÷ 2] × Weapon Outfit Increase % + Pure Attack
