Dark and Darker – Ranger Class Perks and Builds Guide (for Each Mode)

Since i see so many people asking about perks and ranger builds here’s my suggestions for each mode.

Perks and Builds for Ranger Class

Solos

  • Weapons: Recurve or survival bow (longbow can work but not worth imo). For secondary, spear, rapier, arming sword (Can also use another bow/crossbow but i would highly recommend a melee weapon for gc).
  • Skills: Quick fire, quick shot (forceful shot can also be good with survival bow).
  • Required perks: Nimble hands.
  • My personal choices: Nimble hands, quick reload, tracking, spear (can easily switch out tracking and spear for stuff like sharp shooter, crippling shot, etc).
  • Best stats to build: Move speed > True phys > Health > Dexterity.
  • Preferred gear: Forest hood/leather cap, adventurer tunic, loose trousers, laced turnshoes, riveted gloves.
