Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes – Grinding Guide (Bounty Hill)

Once you’ve begun developing your base, it’s an easy place to grind levels and gold in the semi-early game.

Quick Levels (and Gold) Grind till 36

This is a quick and dirty guide to grinding levels (up to 36-ish) at one of the locations that opens up immediately after you get access to your castle base.

This place also includes food nodes and a pelt node, so you can farm it for base upgrade materials if you wish. It is recommended that you bring sufficient recovery items, and Cassandra in your Support slot (so you can swap party members at save points) if you want to grind all your party members in the roster to 36 here.

  • Head south-east from your castle base to Bounty Hill.
  • Wander in, and follow the path till you reach the save point. Feel free to explore a bit if you like. At some point, you’ll find your progress blocked by a guard.
  • Just run circles around the guard, while sticking as close to him as possible. The monsters that spawn when combat procs are monsters from the next area (rather than the Level 16 area you’re in when you first get here).
  • These monsters have 200 or so hp each, but yield fantastic amounts of XP since you’re fighting creatures significantly higher leveled than you. They also drop a decent chunk of money. Just focus fire, play it smart and you’ll be all good.
  • Just rinse and repeat until satisfied.

Wyler & Marin

Bounty Hill is also where you can recruit Wyler (ranged bow DPS) and Marin (ranged support).

Just talk to Wyler at the entrance of Bounty Hill near the save point to initiate the quest, wander around a bit with him in the party to several easily accessible gathering nodes, and kill an easy monster to recruit them both.
