For the warbond, focus on weapons, then SC and Booster. After that work on the next page with whatever interests you more.
If you have enough medals to unlock the next tier, and already have the most interesting unlockable, try to spend just what you need and go for the next page.
The best gun you can unlock in the early pages is the breaker shotgun, spreads liberty like no tomorrow except for heavy unit like the charger (ofc (oh and take the secondary in the first page)).
For red stratagems, the precision strike is your bread and butter, go for the eagle stratagems, they’re all pretty good, you will need to adapt the stratagem to the mission and other Divers.
Weapons stratagems, go for the anti material rifle and the autocannon, they are wonderful. Grenade launcher is also a solid choice. The starting lmg is also very good, and you can change the RPM by holding R, increasing the DPS.
For modules, it will depend on your favourite playstyle. But the first weapon, eagle and strike ones are priority for me.
That’d be it. It lack precision as I have my game closed and don’t remember everything by heart that should still be good.
Note: Mortar turret is very good early green too especially for extermination mission where you need to kill a set amount of enemies swarming from all sides. Just place it in the middle of the map, it will do the rest!
