Gear Progression

Tier 1

Item Level 0 – 250

You should automatically reach this GS (Gear Score) when leveling to 50.

Item Level 250 – 302

  • Step 1 – Run Chaos Dungeons after completing North Vern.
  • Step 2 – Repeat the previous step until you have a full set of Rare gear at ilvl 302.

Alternative (which I would recommend) – After completing North Vern head to Sushire and complete the quest line to obtain a FULL Rare ilvl 302 gear. Then upgrade to reach the GS of 460 before heading to Rohendel.

Item Level 302 – 600

  • Step 1 – Upgrade your Rare equipment to +15 which would be a GS of 600, after completing Rohendel. Once reaching this ilvl you can head to the continent of Yorn.

Tier 2

Yorn (ilvl 600) – Feiton (ilvl 960)

Item Level 600 – 802

  • Step 1 – Run Chaos Dungeon stage 1 after completing the Yorn’s storyline.
  • Step 2 – Repeat step 1 until you have a full set of rare ilvl 802 equipment.
  • Step 3 – Recycle old gear into your new gear to gain a +1 lvl on your new equipment.
  • Step 4 – Upgrade your equipment to ilvl 960 to move progress through the main storyline and move to the continent of Feiton.

Item level 960 – 1100

  • Step 1 – After completing the Feiton Storyline upgrade your Rare equipment to +15 which would be a GS of 1100.

Tier 3

Paunika (ilvl 1100) – South Vern (ilvl 1340)

Item Level 1100 – 1302

  • Step 1 – Complete the Paunika Storyline and run stage 1 of the first chaos dungeon for Paunika.
  • Step 2 – Repeat step 1 until you have a set of Rare ilvl 1302 equipment.
  • Step 3 – Recycle your old gear into your new 1302 gear and gain a +1 on your ilvl.
  • Step 4 – Make sure you replace your tier 2 gems with new tier 3 gems.

Item Level 1302 – 1370

  • Step 1 – Upgrade your equipment to +15 ( ilvl 1370).

Optional:

  • Step 1 – Upgrade your equipment to +6 (ilvl 1325)
  • Step 2 – Run Paunika chaos dungeon level 2 stage 1 until you have a full set of EPIC ilvl 1302 equipment.
  • Step 3 – Recycle your Rare equipment into the new equipment. This will give you higher stats.
  • Step 4 – Upgrade your epic equipment to +15 (ilvl 1370)

At 1325 – 1414 you can run Oreyas for extra gold. Once you hit 1415 you no longer get gold from this.

Item Level 1370 – 1415

  • Step 1 – Run Abyss Raid Argos
  • Step 2 – Repeat Step 1 until you can craft a full Argos set of Legendary ilvl 1340 equipment. (This set can be crafted again and sold on the AH for gold )
  • Step 3 – Recycle your rare or epic equipment into your new LEGENDARY equipment.
  • Step 4 – Continue to enhance your equipment to +15 ( GS 1415 )

Item Level 1415 – 1460

  • Step 1 – Run your Legion Raids on Normal, unless you wanna be a badass and do hard. Get your mats from Valtan, craft New Legendary gear and recycle your old gear into your new gear.
  • Step 2 – Upgrade, upgrade, upgrade till reaching 1430.
  • Step 3 – Run Legion Raid Biackiss again on normal, until you can craft a full Biakiss set of Legendary equipment. ( You will notice you can craft gear from both Valtan and Biakiss for particular Legend sets. )
  • Step 4 – Continue your upgrade journey to +17 ( gs 1460)
  • Step 5 – Run Legion Raid Valtan, now you can be a badass and run it on hard mode. Now you can get your mats to craft Valtan Relic equipment. Recycle your old equipment into your new gear.
  • Step 6 – I’m a broken record now, upgrade to +18 ( gs 1460)

Item Level 1460 – 1490

  • Step 1 – Run Biackiss on hard mode, until you can get enough mats to craft relic gear.

Optional step, you can move to step two:

  • Step 2 – Upgrade till lvl +19 ( 1475 )
  • Step 3 – Run Legion Raid Kouku-Saton on Normal! Until you can craft a full Kouku -Saton set of Relic gear

This is an optional step.
