Lust Goddess – Newbie Guide: Maze

Virtual Maze Guide

The Virtual Maze contains six path types:

  • Common: green
  • Rare: blue
  • Epic: pink
  • Final Boss / Uber Boss: white
  • Legendary: yellow
  • VIP: red

The Maze is available once a month.

Paths and Quests

The main quest provides one of two main rewards:

  • Epic Crate: Merc Points, 200 Energy, and 15,000 Credits
  • Legendary Crate: Merc Points, 300 Energy, and 30,000 Credits

Hologram side quests require a large amount of Energy to complete. The guide recommends avoiding them, including for players who spend money.

For free-to-play players, the recommended priority is:

  1. Reach the Final Boss first to gain access to the loot room.
  2. Use the remaining Energy to collect crates.

Merc Team and Experience

Mercenary experience can be obtained by:

  • Defeating mini-bosses. The amount of XP varies.
  • Collecting Experience Cards, which provide 30 to 100 XP, depending on the rarity of the path.

An official recommendation is to have at least as much health as the boss.

Recommended Merc levels from the guide:

  • Final Boss: Level 10 to 12
  • Uber Boss: Level 18+

The Uber Boss has an exclusive outfit.

Killing the Uber Boss can require 50 or more attempts. The recommended approach is not to rely on direct damage. Instead, use your Ultimate ability where possible. For example, Nicole can deal damage through stuns.

The source states that the Uber Boss is not doable for free-to-play players unless they have a very good strategy, luck, and considerable patience, potentially requiring 100+ attempts.

Crates

Maze crates include:

  • Rare Crate
  • Epic Crate
  • Legendary Crate

The amount of Merc Points obtained from a crate depends on the highest league ever reached.

Other crate rewards include:

  • Credits: 500 to 1,000
  • Emerix: Always 25

It is recommended not to spend Energy collecting crates before reaching the Final Boss.

Rocks and Obstacles

Rocks and obstacles require Energy to destroy and provide Battle Pass progress.

Energy CostBattle Pass Points
25 Energy8 points
50 Energy17 points
75 Energy25 points
100 Energy33 points
200 EnergyNot specified

Each destroyed rock gives up to 1,000 Credits and progresses the Battle Pass.

The visual size of a rock does not correspond to the Energy required to destroy it. Always check the Energy requirement manually.

The 200-Energy blocks are not exclusive to the VIP Maze. They have also appeared in earlier Mazes, including the Nicole Maze, where they could guard bosses or holograms.

Energy

Energy regenerates naturally up to a maximum of 200 Energy at a rate of 1 Energy every 6 minutes.

Energy can exceed the normal maximum through other sources. However, natural regeneration stops while Energy is above the maximum and resumes once Energy falls below the maximum again.

You can obtain 375 Energy per day from 15 League Crates. The rarity of the League Crate does not affect the amount of Energy received.

Additional Energy can be obtained from:

  • The Virtual Maze
  • The Battle Pass

The shop also allows you to purchase 300 Energy for 300 Emerix once. This can be combined with the Heli Race mission and/or the Global Event, Chapter 2, Step 11, which requires spending 200 Emerix.

Energy does not carry over to the next Virtual Maze.

Detonators and Dynamite

Detonators can destroy rocks in an area.

You can drag the Detonator to position it before using it:

  • White ring: placement is not allowed
  • Orange ring: placement is allowed

Detonators do not carry over to the next Virtual Maze.

When to use Detonators

Detonators can provide the most value when they destroy many expensive obstacles at once. The guide recommends using them particularly in the Legendary and VIP paths when they can destroy 7 or more rocks, with each rock costing 100 to 200 Energy.

However, the number of rocks alone should not determine whether a Detonator is used. Their total Energy cost also matters.

For example:

  • If you need to travel from one area to another and only four 25-Energy obstacles block the route, using Energy is more efficient than using a Detonator.
  • If a crossroads contains the Storyline Quest in one direction, an Experience Card nearby, and a doable boss barely visible in another direction, while the surrounding obstacles have high Energy costs, a Detonator can provide much greater value.
  • The end of an area can contain densely packed groups of 100 to 200-Energy obstacles, as occurred in both the Ivy and Bloom Mazes.

A useful rule of thumb is:

  • Early areas: Energy is generally more valuable.
  • Later areas: Detonators are generally more valuable.

As a practical guideline, if only one or two obstacles need to be removed to reach a mini-boss or Experience Card, an Energy pack can be more useful. If several high-cost obstacles need to be destroyed, a Detonator can be more efficient.

Spending and Purchases

Starter Pack

The Starter Pack is described as having the best value-to-cost ratio and is recommended as a purchase.

Detonators

Detonators can be worth purchasing when they can destroy enough expensive obstacles to provide significant Energy savings.

Consider both:

  • The number of obstacles destroyed
  • The total Energy cost of those obstacles

A large number of low-cost obstacles may still be a worse target for a Detonator than a smaller group of high-cost obstacles.

Energy Packs

Energy packs can be more worthwhile than Detonators when only a small number of obstacles need to be removed, particularly when the obstacles have low Energy costs.

For example, if only one or two rocks need to be removed to reach a mini-boss or Experience Card, purchasing Energy can be preferable.

Battle Pass

The Battle Pass is described as probably not worthwhile unless you buy many Detonators. According to the source, even with all Detonators available in the shop, additional purchased Energy would still be needed to reach Level 50.

VIP Pass

The VIP Pass contains no bosses and provides loot.

The source considers it potentially worthwhile if you plan to purchase Energy anyway, because it can be cheaper than purchasing a 1,000-Energy pack. It also provides 1,000 Energy immediately, which can make it valuable on that basis alone.

Event Pass, Chests, and Rewards

Event Pass items, chests, and rewards do not carry over immediately after the event ends.

To receive them immediately, they must be claimed before the event ends.

Unclaimed rewards are automatically collected at the start of the next Maze, approximately one month later.
