Need Credits? I Got You!
I’ve been experimenting over the past week to find the best way to make credits. I tested three different methods.
- Method One: Selling Pals.
- Method Two: Farming Gold from Mau.
- Method Three: Selling Nails.
Selling pals was a wash. I found that the price you receive for them (300c – 4000c) is a pittance compared to the ~3k it costs to make a cake. You can boost the amount you get by leveling the pals before selling, but that time is not worth the return.
Mau appeared to have potential and I enjoyed coming back to a pile of money; however, Mau with its base farming ability only produces ~10k an hour. (15 Maus with artisan and serious). Again not enough to feed my breeders with cake. I’m going to come back to this with 4* Maus, but I have a feeling the star rating won’t effect the credit generation.
Nails. Nails. Nails.
Nails are the way to go. Nails sell for 160c EACH and you produce 2 from every ingot. That’s money. The problem is getting ore. If you want to be profitable, you need to gather the ore quickly so you can get it refined and produced into nails as quickly as possible.
I tried two methods to gather ore. Automatically and manually.
15 anubis’ with serious and artisan managed to produce about 300 ore an hour.
I am able to bust down an entire mining area in about 5 to 10 minutes and that produces about 300 ore. I’ll usually roam around gathering ore until I have around 2k ore and I want to say that takes an hour.
You may be wondering how I deal with the mining spots and I got you on that as well. The answer is two mammoths and a direhowl. Hop on your mammoth, ground pound, wind tornado, switch mammoths, and repeat. Once you’ve destroyed the ore nodes, hop on your direwolf and use the ferocious leap ability to jump around picking up the ore.
Place down a base, tp to your main base, deposit your ore, fly to the next ore spot, dismantle your old base from the last spot, and restart the mining process. You may or may not know that you can grapple while over encumbered. (If you’re having a hard time grappling from where you’re standing, get on a mammoth to get higher ground and grapple from there)
This is how I make my credits and I use them to buy the ingredients for cake. Gathering credits this way is much faster than farming the materials to make cake.

A lot of people talking about how profitable nails are lately. Remember to sell any item with the word “precious” in the name. besides gems, precious pelts, precious feathers, precious claws, and precious entrails all sell for a decent chunk. if you’ve been farming any alpha bosses and havent sold any of these, theres a good chance you have a few hundred thousand worth, if not over a million. They have no other use besides selling to merchants.
