Palworld – How to Defeat Victor Solo without Legendary Weapons/Pals

Yes, this fight is doable solo without grinding for legendary weapons and pals, but it’s really tight.

Guide to Defeat Victor Solo without Legendary Weapons/Pals

Weapons, Armor and Accessories

The rocket launcher with around 150 rockets, at least the regular pal metal armor, and a hyper shield.

For accessories, you can do it without them, but i’d suggest the defense and the attack pendant.

Your Team

Get 5 Chillets, you don’t need any specific passives on them, i won the fight with random passives, but the more defense passives the better.

Why Chillets? because of their passive which gives your weapons dragon type damage while mounted, and Viktor’s pal is weak to dragon damage.

Why 5 of them? because you’ll have to avoid Viktor’s attacks, but you should tank his ice attacks while getting a rocket in, more on that in the next section.

Next thing you should do is to get all 5 Chillets to at least level 40, i’d suggest just killing blazamut every in-game day while having your Chillets in your party, Blazamut is not only a good source of exp, but you also have 3% chance to get the legendary AR schematics from him (which you don’t need with this guide, but it’s a good bonus if you get it).

And for the last thing to do, you should enchance your Chillet’s max health and defense, i was able to win the fight with just 2 of my Chillets at +24% max health and def so you should be good if you can’t max them out.

The Strats

Mount your Chillet and start shooting the rocket launcher at Victor and Shadowbeak while avoiding his attacks, you should try staying as far from him as you can, and don’t stop moving. As i said the fight is very tight so you should tank his ice attacks while getting a rocket in since Chillet is ice type and you should be able to tank at least a few of these attacks, when your Chillet goes low on health, switch to the next one and let the previous one recover, the only time you stop shooting is when you are avoiding Shadowbeak’s laser attacks, running to either left or right with full sprint, i was able to defeat him on my 2nd try with 25 seconds left.

Good luck!
