Tier #1

Tier 1 Skills: Required Talent Points 5.

  • Negotiator: Having this skill will make you be able to open a prompt that makes you able to do such thing such as convert hostages into friendly npcs with the Defection skill set(more on it on Tier 2 skills).
  • Perturbator: Makes you able to use weapons that requires this skill such as H110, N18A2 Hardkill, etc.
  • Envoy: Makes you able to see NPCs trough walls for a brief period of time.
  • Breacher: One kick is all it takes to break down a door.

Tier #2

Tier 2 is the skills unlocked after unlocking any of the Tier 1 skills. To unlock tier 3 you must unlock all tier 2 skills.

Tier 2 Skills: Required Talent Points for Each Skill 10.

Negotiator

  • Quickthrow: You can instantly throw a flashbang by pressing G.
  • Defection: You can now turn surrendered armed enemies into friendly NPCs.
  • Hardspeak: You gain 2x more intimidation power [use this with .42 and see how it goes, lol]

Peturbator

  • Booming Voice: Aiming will slowly intimidate enemies.
  • Hoarder: +4 budget points.
  • Scavenger: Enemies you kill will have a 35% chance to drop plates.

Envoy

  • Hospitality: Portable healing stations spawned by the AI director will now heal 100% of your hp and cure your overdose level.
  • Intervention: You can see the stress meters and emissary’s action before they are about to happen.
  • Generosity: Ammo and gadget refill stations will refill both your ammo supply and your gadget supply.

Breacher

  • Master Key: Lockpicking speed is significantly faster.
  • Stillness: Your footsteps are quieter (stackable with sneakers)
  • Hush Kicker: Your door kicks are significantly quieter.

Tier #3

Tier 3 skills are the Final skills you get after unlocking every respective tier 2 skills.

Tier 3: Required Talent Points for Each Skill 15

  • Social Engineer (Negotiator Tier 3): Enemies you talk to will no longer attempt hostile behavior (trying to stab you, picking up their gun, etc.)

This will NOT prevent them from running away, you still must ziptie them to avoid that happening.

  • Weapon Mastery (Perturbator Tier 3): Your weapons will no longer bound to be primary/secondary categories meaning you can use for example an H110 as a primary and Vetala Y-88S as a secondary.
  • Steadfast Before Them (Envoy Tier 3): You can now self revive yourself 3 times, each self revive will reduce your hp by 30% and this effect cannot be triggered in solo and will only trigger IF there is at least ONE teammate alive.
  • Dexterous: Gadget usage is now faster. (Does not apply to lockpicks, shields, cam gun).
