Landing Gears
These are the only 5 landing gears that unlock at level 14. The rest are available from level 1. They have otherwise no significant stats and are purely cosmetic. If you want to know where to get them and what they look like feel free to check out my other guide here.

I would love to have more information about habs.I have noticed there are a couple of hab modules that seem tied to specific ships like the 2×2 Stroud-Eklund brig that comes on the ranger ship.
Just a precision that probably won’t matter to anyone 😀 : the Stroud-Eklund and Deimos workshops have indeed a research terminal, but in exchange, they lose the 2 passengers capacity (even if I doubt anyone is doing passenger transport missions regularly 🙂 ).
On a more useful note, there are a couple typos in the legend of a few tables, they seem to be switched 🙂 , it says: HDPS = Shield DPS and SDPS = Hull DPS.
Well, it is kind of a bummer, but on the other hand the game is made to be finished and truly played on your second playthrough. By the time you’re done with your first playthrough you should be around level 30, or higher if you’ve done any sidequests. Although I do agree it’d be much cooler if it had no level requirements.
tbh im not seeing any ship parts level locked. only locked by skills starship design and piloting. unless these parts simply dont show until higher level.

Maybe you can add jammers as well, also which vendors selling it can be helpful too
I find it fun that the most powerful shield in class C shows up at level 27, i have been practically invincible with that shield.
