What should I do when encountering a UE4 pop-up error message?
If you encounter a UE4 pop-up error message, please follow these steps to resolve the issue.
For the Official Website version: Locate the “Repair” button in the lovver right corner of the launcher, click “Repair” – “Confirm,” and wait for the game to complete the repair process.
For the Steam version: In the Steam client, find “Strinova,” right-click on it, then select “Properties” – “Installed Files” – “Verify integrity of game files.” Wait for Steam to finish the verification process before launching the game. If the error persists, please wait a few minutes and repeat the steps.

Why isn’t my game compatible with wide screens? Why is there a letterboxing on the sides?
Considering the fairness of the competition, we do not support the physical expansion of the field of view for the time being.

Where can I find the game’s dump files?
Note: Our technicians may require your dump file to diagnose issues like crashes, blue screens, or freezes.
You can follow the instructions below to locate the required file (it should have a .dump extension). Please send a screenshot of the folder containing the dump file and the file itself to player support.
Scenario 1: Your game keeps crashing:
Please use the following paths to locate your dump file (example filename: Strinova-Win64-Shipping.exe.[number].dmp):
- Path 1: Open C:\Users [your computer name]/App Data\Local\Strinova\Saved\Crashes (If the folder is not visible, open File

Once you have determined the dump file’s name, find it under yyour game installation directory and send it as an attachment to us. (You can view the installation directory by clicking Settings > Folder in the launcher.
Scenario 2: You encounter blue screens:
Find your file in C: Windows/Minidump, then supply the dump file that was closest to the problem’s occurrence.
Scenario 3: Game not responding:
If you encounter the game being unresponsive or getting abnormally stuck, please open your Task Manager, check the CPU usage, and send us a screenshot of this page.
