Sevagoth Build Guide with Tips (2026)
Sevagoth is built around his Soul Well, Gloom, and the ability to transform into his Exalted Shadow.
Passive
When Sevagoth dies, he transforms into Sevagoth’s Shadow.
As the Shadow, you must collect 5 souls to revive Sevagoth.
Soul Well
After unlocking Sevagoth’s 4th ability, you unlock the Soul Well. It is required to use Shadow form and is important for understanding the rest of Sevagoth’s abilities.
Reap
Reap sends Sevagoth’s Shadow forward. Enemies hit by the ability take damage over time and fill the Soul Well.
Marked enemies receive Damage Vulnerability based on ability rank:

Reap can only hit an enemy once.
Reap Tip
Holding the right mouse button with a weapon makes the Shadow move toward your crosshair while spinning around it.
When combined with the Shadow Haze augment, this increases critical chance. Reap also increases critical chance when using the augment.
Sow
Sow plants seeds in enemies. When combined with Reap, the seeds deal True Damage that bypasses all defenses.
The combined effect deals:
- 25% True Damage
- 25% of the enemy’s health as Blast Damage
Any enemy killed with the seed fills the Soul Well.
While Gloom is active, enemies taking damage will heal Sevagoth’s health.
Gloom
Gloom creates an aura around Sevagoth that slowly increases in range.
Enemies within the aura are slowed, while Sevagoth and allies standing within it gain life steal with weapons and abilities.
The maximum slow is 95% with 272% Ability Strength.
Exalted Shadow
Exalted Shadow transforms Sevagoth into his Shadow form.
Embrace
Embrace pulls enemies toward the Shadow in a cone in front of him, grouping them together.
This is useful for setting up the Shadow’s 2nd and 3rd abilities or attacking grouped enemies with his claws.
Consume
Consume is a dash attack that goes through enemies, one-shotting them and healing the Shadow.
The ability locks onto enemies and allows you to travel quickly between them. Chaining dashes provides mobility and survivability.
Death’s Harvest
Death’s Harvest applies a damage-over-time debuff to enemies in a cone. Enemies within the cone take ticking damage.

The important stats for Sevagoth are:

- Ability Range
- Ability Efficiency
Augments
Both augments are recommended, but Shadow Haze is considered the better option for reaching Sevagoth’s maximum power.
Archon Shards
Recommended Archon Shards include:
- 3 to 4 Crimson Archon Shards for Ability Strength
- 1 to 2 Amber Archon Shards for Ability Cast Speed
Catalyzing Shields is good for survival, while Transient Fortitude is also good for Ability Strength.
Arcanes
Molt Augmented
Molt Augmented provides Ability Strength, making it easier to reach the 272% Ability Strength required for Gloom’s maximum slow and helping with Sevagoth’s nukes.
Arcane Energize
Arcane Energize makes Sevagoth’s energy economy easier to manage, especially when paired with Equilibrium.

Base Sevagoth can be obtained through the Market or by unlocking his main blueprint after completing Call of the Tempestarii.
The remaining Sevagoth blueprints can be obtained as a 10% chance bonus reward at the end of Void Storms in:
- Neptune Proxima: Meso and Neo fissures
- Pluto Proxima: Neo fissures
- Veil Proxima: Axi fissures
Additional main blueprints can be purchased from Cephalon Simaris for 50,000 Standing.
