How-To
I expect a lot of this depends on your character and how you’re speccing. My guy is an Operative specced for sniping, so by this fight I’ve got three total operatives (Pasqal and Idira) dropping exploits on everyone.
Idira and the Battle Sister Whatsherface head off to get the trash mobs and work towards the sniper. Idira uses the lightning deal and psychic scream (with excess damage hitting nearest next enemy) to clear out the mobs, BS has a flamer (and a bolter) and ‘nades.
Henrik, the Seneschal, and Pasqal head straight to Aurora and start wailing. My guy hunkers down and shoots, throws exploits on him, etc. Idira uses Dominate on the sniper once she’s in range to get him down off that tower, he gets killed by BS, who is beat up but living and using her flamer on the second set of mobs who come out of those doors.
Aurora breaks away after taking enough damage, kills Henrik (IIRC) at range, and heads towards the BS. Idira uses Dominate to pull Aurora away from the BS and closer to the melee guys. Pasqal moves over to support BS, ‘nades a group of mobs who are already on fire. My guy, Mr. Snipeypants, drops Aurora at extended range.
Tl;dr
You need to keep Aurora busy in melee with at least two tanky warriors while you send at least two cc-capable types over to get at the sniper and handle the grunts on the way. Use all your skills and grenades and so forth; this is a boss fight. Dominate is low-key one of the best abilities in the game.
