First, in the World Ages tab, you need to select Age of Tears.
Next, go to settings and click 11 times on the burger.
Exit the settings and at the top right you will see a green beetle, click on it and a secret menu will open.
Next click FastSpawn.
Now create tornado until you complete the achievement, good luck.
