When talking to Silverhand at his grave you have to choose specific dialogue options or the secret ending will be locked, these are:
- [Inscribe Johnny’s Initials] “Let’s do something about that.”
- “The Guy who Saved My Life.”
- “Nah, ♥♥♥ that up too.”
- “What do you want from me?”
- “OK. But as second chances go, this is your last.”
- “You were a real ♥♥♥ in the beginning.”
- “When you said you let down your friends…”
- “Smasher biz really got to her.”
- “Yeah, I’ll call Rogue.”

This unlocks the option to choose the secret ending by choosing “Think you and Rogue should go”.
Then not choosing anything for 5 whole minutes in.
Silverhand will then give you the suicide run option.
Try not to die because it will go to credits not a past save and all enemies are set for level 50 so be sure to max everything.
I hated this ended, took hours upon hours and didn’t even have an achievement for it
You can do the secret ending at 40% friendship, it just matters what dialogue choices you make during chippin’ in
You don’t even need to choose “Think you and Rogue should go” first, you just need to wait for 5 minutes when presented with the choices.
really thought, could go through ‘(Dont Fear) the Reaper’ on current Level 30.. (passed the possibility on my first charakter) i tried about 3h or more. Managed one Time (with 2nd Heart), to get near the Mikoshi Access Point, dunno how. Yeah i died, of course.

the ez way to beat this is getting legendary armor with max slots and then just get the armadillo recipe and max ur armor out
Was able to complete it at lvl37 as crafting build nomad didn’t min-max armadillos or anything like that, the walkers were stubbornly resistant to sniper shots and was at 50 max hp by time got to the boss. Surprisingly the boss was the easiest part of it all, kite around pillars circle around the edge of the room. Used divided we stand smart gun and a sniper rifle. Could pretty much endlessly chug standard heal items. Wish there was a more unique ending scene… It did take a while and was no cake walk but it is doable
Hehe, yeah that really is the best choice but i still HATE that you can just choose between saving one.
