1. Go to the options in steam version and click on Export Save and copy text
2. Open Google chrome and install uncanny cookie clicker plugin
3. Open Cookie clicker in Web Version
4. Inport your Save from Steam
5. On the web version use uncanny cookie clicker plugin and Get this achievement

My Option for the Plugin:

6. In Web version click on options and Save and then click on export Save copy it
7. Go back to the steam version open options and click on import save and paste it
8. Click Load.
