You can mine Rubysilver in Inferno. Also, in HR, when you mine ore, it gives you more than in normal mode. Below are screenshots of inferno where you can mine Rubysilver. First, being the top left of the Lich map. Second is the bottom left of the Ghost King map. Third is the bottom left of the Warlord Map.

When you go into the room, the Lich will bring back 3 Skeleton Archers and 3 Skeleton Guardsman. The Lich’s Normal attack is a fast projectile that you can dodge by moving to the side. The Strong attack is a purple orb that chases a player until it hits something. To deal with the orb, make it crash into skeletons, pillars, or walls.

The Lich can bring back dead skeletons with his resurrect ability, but only if there are dead skeletons to revive. At certain health points, the Lich will use Curse of Isolation (blue) or Curse of Gathering (purple). These do a lot of damage if you mess up.

For Curse of Isolation, the targeted player needs to be alone in the blue circle. For Curse of Gathering, as many players as possible need to stand in the purple circle. A cleric can remove the curse before it hurts you.

If a player dies, the Lich will use Soul Steal to make a protective barrier that blocks some damage. If you get too close, the Lich might use Close Attack to knock you back.
