Family Medicine

Reliable Medicine

• Completion Requirement: Turn in 5 Looted Bandages
• Quest Reward: 50 Gold Coin, Surgical Kit, Ring of Survival, 25 Exp, 25 Affinity

Make sure when mid run to not stack handled bandages with your looted ones. That will make it where you can’t use it for the quest anymore.

Quest is working fine.

Alchemy’s Dangers

• Completion Requirement: In Goblin Caves; Kill 1 Giant Centipede, Kill 3 Goblin Mages
• Quest Reward:  50 Gold Coin, Necklace of Peace, Ring of Vitality, 25 Exp

No need to survive so I just rushed the Goblin Mages and around the center of the map. You can kill 3 right away and drop down below for a centipede.

Quest is working fine.

Natural Aid

• Completion Requirement: In Goblin Caves; Explore ‘Stone Graves A’ location. Must Escape.
• Quest Reward: 50 Gold Coin, 3 Explosive bottles, 3 Bandages, 25 Exp, 25 Affinity 

For the must escapes, I usually would just run away from fights and extract. Below is a screenshot of the location.

Pending Diagnosis

Doctor’s Orders

• Completion Requirement: In The Howling Crypts; Explore the ‘Four Rooms’ location. Must Escape
• Quest Reward: 100 Gold Coin, 6 Health Potions, 6 Bandages, 125 Exp

For the must escapes, I usually would just run away from fights and extract. Below is a screenshot of the location.

Undead Eradication

• Completion Requirement:  Kill 10 Elite Grade Mummy , Kill 10 Elite Zombie 
• Quest Reward: 100 Gold Coin, Reinforced Gloves, Radiant Cloak, 125 Exp

You can do normals and go to Inferno, but you can do this faster in HR Howling Crypts.

Quest is working fine.

Prepared For The Unexpected

• Completion Requirement: Use 7 Surgical Kits.
• Quest Reward: 100 Gold Coin, Buckled Boots, Leather Chausses, 150 Exp, 25 Affinity

I honestly just brought 7 surgical kits into 1 run and used them all.

Methods and Madness

Frost Aid

• Completion Requirement: In The Ice Cavern; Use 5 Bandages,3 Potions of Healing and 1 Surgical Kit. Complete in one session. Must Escape.
• Quest Reward: 175 Gold Coin, Shadow Hood, Turnshoe, 250 Exp

Bring everything you need for the quest, then camp one of the many statics to extract. The ones located far North and South are typically the safest.

Quest is working fine.

Sanctified Healing

• Completion Requirement:  Interact with 3 Shrines of Health. Complete in one session
• Quest Reward: 175 Gold Coin, Dashing Boots, Ring of Quickness, 200 Exp

The south side of the map is the best area to find 3 shrines, depending if one didn’t spawn as a revival shrine.

The quest does not work if you hit the same shrine. You HAVE to hit 3 separate shrines in one run.

Silent Entry

• Completion Requirement: Interact with 1 Golden Chest.
• Quest Reward: 175 Gold Coin, Rat Pendant, 2 Gold Ingots, 200 Exp, 25 Affinity

You have to be the one to open it. If someone else opens it and then you interact with it, it doesn’t count.

Beyond The Threshold Of Darkness

Critical Care

• Completion Requirement: Use Item Surgical Kit (3x) (must escape) (single session)
• Quest Reward: 200 Unique Gold Coin, 1 Epic Watchman Cloak, 1 Epic Cloth Pants, 300 Experience, 25 Affinity

Purging Darkness

• Completion Requirement: Kill Demon Berserker (15x), Kill Demon Centaur (15x)
• Quest Reward: 200 Unique Gold Coin, 1 Legend Phoenix Choker, 1 Legend Frost Amulet, 350 Experience

Stone And Bones

• Completion Requirement: Interact with Double Stone Door in Crypts dungeon (5x)
• Quest Reward: 200 Unique Gold Coin, 1 Legend Mystic Gloves, 1 Legend Light Gauntlets, 1000 Experience, 25 Affinity
