Step 1

Build a well

  • 12 stone 2 simple 3 happiness

Build a tent

  • 4 stick 2 silk 2 happiness

New refugee *2

  • 1 place 2 happiness

Step 2

Tent *1

  • 4 stick 2 silk 5 happiness

Fence for garden

  • 24 flitches 12 billot 2 happiness

Farm bed (optional)

  • 6 flitches 8 peat 2 happiness

New refugees *2 (optional)

Step 3

Reach 7 refugees in the camp.

Build automatic well (optional)

  • 8 flitches 4 simple 6 happiness

Reward:

  • +10 relation
  • Witcher eye
  • 50 silver
  • 1 jewelry
  • 15 porcelaine pitcher

Step 4

Require the 1st encounter with Beatrice (vampire step 3 completed and sleep in your home bed).

Reward +10

Build warehouse II (doesn’t add any max happiness)

  • 12 flitches 5 silk 6 happiness

All below require at least 1 additional task from the cook questline.

Build campfire II

  • 16 flitches 8 stone 8 happiness

Build tent

  • 4 stick 2 silk 8 happiness

New refugees *2 (optional)

Step 5

Build tent

  • 4 stick 2 silk 10 happiness

Build Theodoro workshop

  • 10 planks 16 nails 8 happiness

Have 11 people in the camp

Reward:

  • 1 gold ingot
  • Recipe for universal bag

  • 1 gold book

Step 6

Require vampire quest step 4 completed, sleeping in your bed and coming out of your home from the front door.

Warn Theodoro about the Lord commander plan.

Build stakes

  • 48 flitches 24 sticks 11 happiness

Reward: +10

Step 7

Build rack of swords

  • 5 steel word 4 flitches 12 happiness

Reward: +10

Step 8

This is no return point, make a save before you build the watchtower.

Build the watchtower

  • 12 beams 18 flitches 13 happiness

Reward

  • 2 gold
  • Recipe big universal bag
  • Steel sword with gem
  • 1 green book (+50)
  • 1 red book (+50)
  • 1 blue book (+50)

The ending will start once this part is completed and the Vampire quests reach step 7.

New refugees will always go to their tent when added and will only come back to be interacted with on the next day.
