That Long Part of the Guide Nobody Likes

Teamwork is essential in Hell Let Loose, and players should prioritize helping their team to win rather than just trying to get kills. Warfare mode is the most common game mode, and players should focus on capping and holding points to gain an advantage.

Super Quick Warfare Explanation

Warfare mode in Hell Let Loose is based on the classic model of capping points. Each cap point has a ‘strong point,’ which is represented by a black circle, and four squares surrounding it, which serve as the soft cap area. The more players in the soft cap area, the faster the point will be captured. However, it is important to note that players should avoid building garrisons in the strong point area where you can trap friendly infantry.

Real Quick Class Guide

As for class selection, each class has a specific role that can be valuable in achieving victory. While every class is useful in its way, some classes are more suitable for certain situations than others. Here are some suggestions for classes that can be particularly useful.

Squad Leader

The SL is the most important class in the game, so make sure you have one in your squad. As a squad lead, you can issue orders and build garrisons (spawn points for the whole team) or OP spawn points for your squad. To build a Garrison in friendly territory, you need 50 supplies (that’s one crate from your support). In enemy territory, you need 100 supplies, and two supports need to work together to build it. You can use markers by scrolling your mouse wheel or by clicking on the map. You can see markers of other SLs, but your team can only see your markers. So, please ping that tank you see for your AT guy or another tank squad.

Build spawn location and force people do your bidding, try to listen to Commander.

Engineer

The engineer can build and repair fortifications, deploy anti-tank mines, and demolitions. Engineers are crucial in defending positions, particularly strong points. My advice is to create choke points instead of trapping your team inside strong points with wire.

Build nodes for your squad:

  1. Bring supplies behind blue line.
  2. Build nodes within first 2 squares (gonna be spared if you lose second last point).

Support

The support class can provide ammunition crates and supplies. They are particularly useful in the position of carrying mules somewhere next to the squad leader, who can build Garrisons for the whole team. It’s always better to build a Garrison with support because the enemy can’t spot a supply truck or supply drop. This class is 10/10, and you can even have a flamethrower.

Be best of the best supply delivery boy with usually premium rifle and 2 boxes of terror (ammo).

Medic

The medic class can heal and revive teammates. They are especially useful in defending positions, where they can keep their team healed up and revive fallen teammates quickly. You will hear a lot of “Thank you” that day.

Omaha beach is your bread and butter.

Recon

Please understand that there is nothing like a front-line sniper in this game! Only two squads of recon per team, and both have to keep their keep in the enemy back-line. Destroying enemy nodes or killing enemy artillery is pretty much your job as a recon. It’s boring gameplay when you’re doing what’s expected, and if you’re not doing what you’re supposed to do, your team is going to get wiped by a few shells.

Lets head-shot that enemy artillery guy.

Anti Tank

AT carries 2 rockets, satchel and mines or AT gun, for USSR theres AT rifle but lets stick to useful things.

You can damage all enemy tanks with bazooka or german panzerfaust by hitting them to the back of the Vehicle, if you are hunting enemy Halftruck or and other transport just smack that ugly directly to the face or engine he is gonna like it. Mines are awesome just place them where you expect enemy Vehicle preferably if you find muddy road or choke they have to pass to make their day better.

For AT gun loadout get yourself support, supplies or go support first drop supplies and build your gun, after building your gun you can pass AT role to someone else so they can do the same.

Boom Boom?

Machine Gunner

What to say, do not go first because your turtle-like draw of a weapon is just amazing. Stay behind on the hill building, find a nice spot, suppress enemy positions while your squad is advancing to the trenches. (You can make your enemy see blurry and protect your squad). The MG42 is the best sniper rifle. Just find some open area and a few victims.

You are the danger!

While classes like rifleman and assault can still be useful in certain situations, they may not be the best choice in every scenario. Players should consider the needs of their team and the situation on the battlefield when selecting a class.

Garrisons? What is that?

Garrisons are spawn points that are critical to your team’s success in Hell Let Loose. Without them, your team will have no spawn points and will likely lose the match. Having multiple garrisons can give your team a strategic advantage, allowing you to flank, defend, and attack more effectively.

When building garrisons, it’s important to follow a few guidelines. Firstly, the minimum distance between garrisons should be 200m, which is equivalent to one square on the game map. This allows you to predict where to build another garrison or where to expect an enemy garrison if you find one. Additionally, it’s important to avoid attacking directly from your garrison if it’s not exposed to the enemy yet. Instead, try to move 50m to the side and attack from there to avoid losing the garrison too quickly.

    • Garry is our favorite guy, something like God, but better because you can spawn multiple times! I’ve never seen that guy, but I’ve heard about him a lot in the game.

  1. there is no such thing as “cap faster” its 2 mins on warfare, 1 min on offensive if the cap is not stopped in any way, its always the same rate, both ways
