Gameplay Rules

In the Boulder Town Martial Exhibition, Trailblazers can challenge different tournaments to win the corresponding tournament rewards every day. Upon entering a match, you’ll gain the buffs related to the school you’re using for your current engagement. After defeating the opponent, you can select a buff from two choices and empower your current school.

Note that once the lineup of the trailblazer team is determined, characters in the team can not be changed for subsequent matches. If the number of challenge cycles is no more than 5, a [perfect knockout] rating will be achieved.

Stage Strategy

In the daily updated stages, trailblazers need to determine the composition of their teams based on the provided buffs and the lineup of enemies. Making good team selections is a crucial component for achieving a [perfect knockout] rating! If you find it challenging to clear the stages in a low number of rounds, consider including the trial characters of the day in your team and give it a try!

(The following teams are for reference only, please match according to your own specific situation)

Day 1: Form of Firmness

Enemy’s Lineup:

Recommended [Martialism]: Martialism: Firmness + Blackhole Throw + Guillotine Slam

Recommended Lineup: [Trial Characters: Luka+Argenti]

Strategy:

The buff of Day 1 enables our characters to deal Physical DMG to the Weakness Broken enemies. For each instance of DMG inflicted on the Weakness Broken enemies, there will be an additional DMG equal to 6% of the enemy’s max HP.

This synergizes well with characters like Luka and Argenti, who can deliver multiple instances of DMG in a single attack. It maximizes the utilization of the buff to its fullest potential. In practical combat scenarios, we can take advantage of Luka and Argenti to quickly reduce the enemy’s Toughness and subsequently, unleash Luka’s enhanced Basic ATK and Argenti’s enhanced Ultimate to trigger the buff to deal high DMG to defeat opponents.

Day 2: Form of Solidity

Enemy’s Lineup:

Recommended [Martialism]: Martialism: Solidity+Knee Bar+Rear Naked Choke

Recommended Lineup: [Trial Characters: Jingliu, Pela]

  • Jingliu+Pela+Bronya+Luocha
  • Jingliu+Pela+Tingyun+Lynx/Natasha

Strategy:

The buff of Day 2 will increase the DMG dealt by our characters based on their own ATK after dealing Ice DMG to frozen enemies. It is highly compatible with Jingliu, whose ATK is greatly increased in the [Spectral Transmigration] state. In practical battles, try to let Pela freeze enemies, and then allow Jingliu, in the [Spectral Transmigration] state, to deal extremely high AoE damage, wiping out the enemies in one go!

Day 3: Form of Heat

Recommended [Martialism]: Martialism: Heat+Looping Cross+Jab

Recommended Lineup: [Trial Characters: Guinaifen, Asta]

  • Guinaifen+Asta+Hook+Topaz
  • Guinaifen+Asta+Hook+Trailblazer·Preservation

Strategy:

The buff of Day 3 enables our characters to deal additional damage to weakness broken enemies based on the number of enemies afflicted with Burn. In team composition, it is recommended for players to choose characters like Guinaifen, Asta, Hook, etc., who can inflict Burn upon enemies. Adding more Fire-type characters to the team will accelerate the process of breaking enemies’ weaknesses. This synergy with the buff helps quickly eliminate enemies.

Day 4: Form of Flow

Enemy’s Lineup:

Recommended [Martialism]: Martialism: Flow+Jumping Side Kick+Hook Kick

Recommended Lineup: [Trial Characters: Sampo, Kafka]

  • Sampo+Kafka+Asta+Huohuo
  • Sampo+Kafka+Asta+Natasha/Lynx

Strategy:

The buff of Day 3 is beneficial for characters in DoT teams. The optimal choice is to use Sampo and Kafka, along with Asta, whose Basic ATK has a chance to inflict Burn on enemies. In practical battles, at the right moment, let Asta use her Ultimate to accelerate the entire team, increase the frequency of Sampo and Kafka causing sustained damage. When the Buff stacks count is high enough, unleash Kafka’s Ultimate to deal high damage.

Day 5: Form of Gust

Enemy’s Lineup:

Recommended [Martialism]: Martialism: Gust+Dripping Mucus+Yellow Gall Waves

Recommended Lineup: [Trial Characters: Silver Wolf, Seele]

  • Seele+Silver Wolf+Bronya+Fu Xuan
  • Seele+Silver Wolf+Tingyun+Natasha/Lynx

Strategy:

The Buff of Day 5 is beneficial for characters in the Quantum team, causing enemies afflicted with Entanglement to immediately suffer high Entanglement damage after being attacked. In practical battles, trailblazers can utilize Silver Wolf’s Skill and Ultimate to quickly break through the enemy’s Toughness, inflicting Entanglement upon the enemy. Then, use Seele’s high movement speed to stack Buff and swiftly kill the enemy.

Day 6: Form of Heart

Enemy’s Lineup:

Recommended [Martialism]: Martialism: Heart + Let Not Sorrow Dull Thy Edge + Show Not Joy In Expression

Recommended Lineup: [Trial Characters: Welt, Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae]

  • Welt+Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae+Bronya+Hanya
  • Welt+Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae+Tingyun+Hanya

Strategy:

The Buff of Day 6 is beneficial for Nihility-type characters. When using Nihility damage to break the enemy’s Toughness or casting Welt’s Ultimate to cause Imprisonment, it immediately restores 20% of the enemy’s Toughness. At this point, using Nihility damage to break the enemy’s weakness can achieve an Infinite Imprisonment. Therefore, there is not much survival pressure at this level. Trailblazers can choose to give up survival positions and select two powerful supports to maximize the damage of Dan Heng • Imbibitor Lunae, quickly clearing the level.

Day 7: Form of Thunder

Enemy’s Lineup:

Recommended [Martialism]: Martialism: Thunder+ Frontal Palm+Duo Palm Plummet Strike

Recommended Lineup: [Trial Characters: Jing Yuan, Arlan]

  • Jing Yuan +Arlan+Serval+Kafka
  • Jing Yuan+Arlan+Tingyun+Lynx/Natasha

Strategy:

The Buff of Day 7 benefits Lightning-type characters, causing extra damage when using Lightning-type Ultimates against enemies. It is recommended to assemble a team with all Lightning-type characters to maximize the benefits of the Buff. For those without Kafka or who haven’t developed Serval, they can also use support characters like Tingyun, Bronya, Huohuo, etc. to easily clear the stage and obtain all rewards!
