Unfortunately there is no cross-platform cloud save for Stardew Valley (..yet), however you can transfer your save files from different sources with ease.

Foreword
If you’re like me, I tend to play Stardew on my Android Mobile in offline mode when I don’t have great reception. You will have to purchase Stardew Valley on the Playstore again but it’s one-third the price as compared to Steam.
Transfer Save File from PC to Android
- Press Windows Key + R.
- Type “%appdata%\StardewValley\Saves” and click ok.
- Copy the folder of your save file (highlighted), as seen below. You don’t need need to copy the autocloud.vdf file. You will need to make sure all the files in your save folder are copied across.
- Connect Your Android Mobile to your PC and ensure you allow your phone/PC to access your files. For this to work, you need to have a Stardew Valley on your mobile and a save file on your mobile already. Just create a test account that you can delete later on!
- Navigate your mobile>Internal Storage>Android>Data>com.chucklefish.stardewvalley. If you can’t find it, just search for stardewvalley in your phones internal storage
- Now open com.chucklefish.stardewvalley, open Files>Saves and copy your Save Folder from your PC to your Mobile.
That’s it. If you need to transfer from Android to PC, just follow the steps in reverse order.
