The secret level is located in 7-3 on the right next to the “Feed Us We Will Grow Tombstone”.
To access it you have to burn the metal leaves/bush on the door.
You can do this by Spawning or getting a street cleaner to the metal leaves/bush and standing on the metal bush so it hits the metal bush with its fire.
Then just go through the door and you should be at the secret level.
And that’s it.
did this on harmless, took some time to get the slow moving streetcleaner but it seems they can clip through walls in this level
You can also use a vulture’s beam to burn it.
Another way is to use the virtues that spawn in the second tree because their beams also break the bush
