Furious Strike Elf/Human Brawler Build
This Brawler build focuses on low-cooldown burst damage with Furious Strike as the primary burst ability. It spends health to kill bosses and is more suited to fights with low uptime.
Why the Build Works
Furious Strike has one of the highest base damage values per cooldown when consuming a full 7 bleed stacks.
Savage Claw and Frenzied Slashes can generate 8 bleed stacks instantly. Furious Strike consumes 7 stacks, allowing it to deal maximum damage.
The Elf/Human Brawler skill tree provides substantial damage and critical bonuses against bleeding targets and for Strike damage.
The build also has safe ranged filler skills that can be used during downtime or boss mechanics.

With no gear, the Elf Brawler has:

Increase Physique until you no longer get one-shot. Put the remaining points into Strength.

A bleed skill with low animation time and stamina cost.
Frenzied Slashes
A bleed skill with low animation time and stamina cost.
Furious Strike
The primary burst ability. Savage Claw and Frenzied Slashes can generate 8 bleed stacks, while Furious Strike consumes 7 stacks for maximum damage.
Filler Skills
Use these skills during downtime:
- Junk Hail
- Goblin Toss
- Entangling Roots
Pet
Boss Fights
Use the Warhorn cat for Rage. It provides 20% Rage at 10 stacks.
Trash Mobs
Use the blue bird, which procs area-of-effect bleed.
Spam Furious Strike to reset its cooldown, clear mobs, and heal.

Gameplay
Boss Fights
Use the following burst sequence:
- Savage Claw
- Frenzied Slashes
- Furious Strike
- Dodge mechanics
Savage Claw and Frenzied Slashes build the bleed stacks for Furious Strike. Always make sure the boss has 8 bleed stacks before using Furious Strike, which consumes 7 stacks.
During downtime, use filler skills.
When you have full uptime between cooldowns, you can use Frenzied Slashes more frequently. Make sure the boss always has 8 bleed stacks before consuming them with Furious Strike.
Trash Mobs
Against trash mobs:
- Spread bleed.
- Use filler skills.
- Spam Furious Strike to reset its cooldown and clear the mobs.
Human Variant
The Human build trades the Elf/Brawler critical stats against bleeding targets for damage against bleeding targets.
Depending on your gear, the Human build can match Elf DPS. For example, if you have mostly critical stats on your gear, Human may match Elf DPS.
Gear and Gameplay Considerations
The gameplay videos are relatively poor and can be heavily improved.
The gear shown in the video is mostly purple, with some blue and green pieces. The setup has only Gore 5 and Redsteel 4, and not all equipment is upgraded to +11.
Despite the incomplete gear, the build already appears to outperform other builds in this context.
A better showcase can be provided once the gear sets are found.
