Brawler Elf Caveman Build
This build focuses on high damage against bleeding enemies. It is relatively straightforward to play, but requires significant farming to obtain the recommended gear.
Stats
| Stat | Value |
|---|---|
| Memory | 6 |
| Charisma | 5 |
| Adventure | 14 |
| Physique | 7 |
| Intelligence | 4 |
| Agility | 14 |
| Strength | 42 |
| Energy | 7 |
The 7 points in Physique help prevent being killed in one hit, including on Hard difficulty.
Gear
The recommended setup is:
- 5 Gorehorn. This can be replaced with 6 Rumbler if attack speed is not important to you.
- 3 Ripping. Considered mandatory for maintaining DPS and Bleed with high damage values.
- 3 Rootbound. If you use Gorehorn, this can be replaced with 4 Redsteel for bonus Physical Damage and Strike Damage. Redsteel is considered better in general, while Rootbound provides better DPS from auto attacks.
- War Cat pet. Mandatory for maintaining the duration of the Frenzy buff. Each Rage stack provides 2% Physical Damage, and without the pet you cannot sustain the Frenzy buff for its full duration.
Another possible option for the Rootbound slot is 3 Rootbloom.
Gear Stats
Prioritize the following stats:
- Physical Damage %
- Attack Damage %
- Max Rage. Each point provides 2% Physical Damage.
- Strike Damage
- Critical Multiplier
- Critical Rate. Do not overstack this stat. The build already has 72% Critical Chance without additional Critical Rate.
- Attack Speed
- Bleeding Damage. This is not a primary focus, but it is useful as a third primary stat when the other two stats are among the options above.
- Physical Piercing
- Strike Piercing
- Thrust Damage. This provides a bonus to your auto attack combo. Treat it as a useful bonus when it appears on upgrades rather than prioritizing it over resistance.
Charm Stats
Prioritize:
- Spell Haste
- Stamina Regen
- Stamina
Skills
Frenzied Blades
Required for the build. With the Ripping set, it is considered much better than Tendon Slice.
Savage Claw
Provides high base damage and Strike Damage, which fits the build particularly well because the skill tree does not allow access to other Brawler skills.
Goblin Toss or Entangling Roots
Both skills provide high base damage and Strike Damage.
Entangling Roots has two disadvantages:
- Higher mana cost
- Its delayed damage can miss
Junk Hail
A strong area-of-effect skill with high base damage and multiple possible hits.
It is particularly effective against large bosses because they take at least three hits from Junk Hail. Small targets can also sometimes be hit two or three times.
Frenzy
Provides an Attack Speed buff and also grants Move Speed through the skill tree.
With this setup, Frenzy lasts approximately 6 to 7 seconds depending on how much Rage you consume. This provides close to full uptime.

How to Play
The basic rotation is:
- Drink a Rage potion if desired.
- Throw a Knife first to apply Bleed. This prevents your first attack from being weakened by the way the skill tree is configured.
- Use all available cooldowns.
- Cast Frenzy and continue auto attacking until your cooldowns are available again.
- Prioritize Frenzied Blades to maintain its damage and Bleed uptime.
- Repeat the rotation.

Boss Combat Tip
When engaging a boss, cast the two Goblin skills immediately after throwing the Knife. Both have a delay before their damage is applied, so using them early allows their damage to land while you continue with the rest of the rotation.
