How do I check the specifications of my PC?

There are two paths to check the device information of your PC.

Windows version, processor, installed RAM, system type information

Windows Search > My PC > Right click > Properties > View basic information about your computer

Installed disk capacity

Windows Search > My PC > Drive where the launcher and game files are installed (e.g. Local disk (C:)) > Click the drive and then right click > Properties > Used space and free space information

The paths may differ depending on the Windows version.

What is the minimum storage requirement when installing on a PC?

In order to install MIR4 on your PC, you need at least 6GB or higher extra capacity on your Hard Disk.
The problem may cause If the drive storage capacity is fulled where the game downloaded.
Please maintain enough storage capacity of hard disk.

When installing MIR4 on my PC, I get an error message that says “This operating system does not support .NET Framework 4.7.1.”

When the pop-up is displayed, you can troubleshoot the issue by updating Windows to the latest version.

Troubleshooting on Windows 7

Click Start > Control Panel > System and Security > Windows Update.
Click the Install Update button to carry out the update.

Troubleshooting on Windows 8 and 10

Click the Windows icon on the taskbar and then click the Settings icon.
Click Update and Security > Windows Update.
Click the Confirm Update button to carry out the update.

I installed MIR4, but it doesn’t launch and I get a message that says “dx11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine.”

This error message is displayed when your PC is not installed with the latest version of DirectX or the minimum PC requirements are not met.

Check the Minimum PC requirements for MIR4.

Can I install Mir 4 PC version on an OS other than Windows?

PC version of MIR4 is progressing the service on Windows and MAC OS.
In case of MAC OS installation, you are able to install MIR4 on the M1 chip MAC only.

I’m not able to connect the game from Steam.

Investigate Firewalls

Certain firewalls may prevent Steam from talking to its servers. You’ll want to work with a specialist to ensure that the Firewall is not interfering. You may even need to temporarily disable it for testing purposes. It may be necessary to add exceptions in your firewalls for Steam if you discover that this is the cause.

Disable Overclocking

Some users overclock their hardware to gain more performance while running their system outside of manufacturer recommended settings. This can cause memory and file corruption and should be disabled (usually in the computer BIOS).

What should I do if MIR4 is crashing, not opening correctly or closing immediately after launching?
