MIR4 – System FAQ (for Mobile Users)

System FAQ

Can I use mobile gamepad controllers, keyboard, or a mouse to play MIR4?

  • Currently, there are no official MIR4 gamepad controller, keyboard, or mouse.
  • Also, devs do not provide support for configuring gamepad controllers that assist with game operations.

I keep getting disconnected because of network errors.

  • If a network error occurs while playing MIR4, check the reception status of your device.
  • As unstable network conditions can impair your connection, play the game at a place with good reception.

There’s no sound when I play the game.

Please check the [Media Volume] of your device.

How to check the media volume:

  1. Press the volume control button of your device.
  2. Check the volume control

If the [Media Volume] is enabled, check it on the system.

How to check the sound volume of MIR4:

  1. [Menu] > [System] > [Environment] > [Sound]
  2. Check the volume control

I want to take photos of my character from up close.

  • You can capture screenshots by pressing [Menu] > [Photo] button.
  • The captured images can be viewed in the Gallery.

I don’t want to receive push notifications.

  • Go to [Menu] > [System] > [Game] > [Notice] and turn off the notices you no longer wish to receive.
  • But keep in mind that some push notifications are about gifts in mail.

I can still hear sound after muting the volume.

Please check the [Media Volume] of your device.

Is there a way to stop seeing announcements when other players obtain items?

  • Go to [Menu] > [System] > [Game] > [Community] and turn “Item Announcement Message” OFF.

The game drains my phone’s battery too quickly.

  • Enabling [Menu] → [Save Power] or going to [Settings] → [Environment] and changing the Setting to Performance can prevent overheating and reduce battery consumption.
