People Playground – Ultimate Medical Guide

I wanted to make my own medical guide after getting some inspiration. Even though there are tons of these I just wanted to make one.

The Medical Guide

All credit goes to sixaznar!

Body Parts

This is the first part of the Guide and this will be about the different types of Body parts and injuries your Human can be inflicted with.

Body Parts

An injury on any body part will mean something, to view dead body parts. Press S, it will show you the health of each body part.

Head

The head is the most important part of the body as it contains the brain. Multiple blunt attacks and Most sharp weapons and gunshots to the head will result in brain damage that will always cause death, and most likely you wont be able to heal the Human. And if your skull cracks obviously the Human will die.

Upper Torso

If the Upper Torso is killed, the Human will start to lose oxygen, and if your human loses oxygen, the human’s consciousness will start to decline and the human will die. (Go to [0-2] for checking oxygen.)

Middle Torso

Nothing much will happen when the Middle Torso is killed.

Lower Torso

If the Lower Torso is killed, he will go into a cower position.

Arms & Hands

If the Arms are killed, the arm will flail around randomly and it will not be straight. If the Hands are killed it similarly flails around like the arms but the Human can no longer pick up anything.

Legs & Feet

If the Upper Legs are killed, The human can not get up anymore and will just collapse on the ground and he wont be able to stand up. If the Lower Legs are killed the Human will kneel down. If the feet are killed the feet will stand up or tip-toe sometimes.

Inspecting

You can inspect a human by right-clicking a Human and then finding the word “Inspect”. Click it and it will show you this panel.

The Percentages

Integrity

Integrity is the amount of health all your body parts have. If a body part is killed, you lose Integrity.

Blood Amount

The amount of blood inside the human.

Blood Pressure

If your Heart/Upper Torso is killed/bleeding. Your blood pressure will start to lower making the Human slower and the human will collapse to ground and it will start slowly damage the health of all your body parts.

Internal Temperature

The Temperature inside the Human.

The Bars

Consciousness

If the human is hit in the head mainly by a blunt object, the human has a chance to be knocked out and will be awake in a few seconds. And if the Human is dead he will lose all Consciousness.

Shock

Shock can happen if shot multiple times or getting chainsawed. If the shock is too high. The human will be knocked out or will start twitching. It is not the same as Adrenaline.

Oxygen

A Human can lose Oxygen if he is underwater for too long, or he is shot in the Upper Torso/Heart. The body parts of the human will start taking damage and Shock will Increase heavily.

Adrenaline

A Human will start getting Adrenaline when hurt by mostly everything. Adrenaline causes the Human to flail his arms around and his legs and start panicking heavily and the human will collapse on the floor. The human will also start twitching.

Medical Items

This section will be about all the Medical Items needed to Heal a man, starting with Syringes.

Syringes

Adrenaline Syringe

The Adrenaline Syringe obviously boosts Adrenaline. Makes the human faster, the human’s heart beats faster. And it wakes up the human and stops the Human from being knocked out for a few seconds.

Coagulation Syringe

The Coagulation Syringe stops bleeding and speeds up Blood Clotting. Best used with bandages.

Mending Syringe

The Mending Syringe is highly useful. It heals killed Body parts/Limb Integrity, slows bleeding but does not stop bleeding. And it stops a limb from decomposing/rotting.

Painkiller Syringe

The Painkiller Syringe simply relieves pain and reduces shock. Dangerous in high doses,

Knockout Syringe

The Knockout Syringe, Knocks out human, Duh.

Medical Items

Heart Monitor

The Heart Monitor is the first thing you need for a Medical Workstation.

The Heart Monitor shows the Heart Beat of the human, If the Human has a low heart beat, inject the Human with the Adrenaline Syringe or use the Defibrillator. If the Human has a high heart beat, it isn’t a bad thing.

Blood Tank

The Blood Tank is highly important when too much blood has came out from bleeding and it cant be stopped.

There are 4 settings to the Blood Tank, Idle, Pull, Push, and Drain, only thing important is pull and push. To get blood in the blood tank, pick the Pull option. You can only get it from Humans sadly so just wire a blood vessel into a corpse to take blood. To put blood into someone. Set it to push and attach a blood vessel to a Human to give it blood.

Defibrillator

The Defibrillator can actually revive someone if they died recently or their heart beat is getting to low, it can also wake up a human. However it cant heal a brain, and wont heal a dead limb. However it is one of the most useful Medical Items.

To use the Defibrillator, place 2 pads on a human, and Activate the Defibrillator.

Cardiopulmonary Bypass Machine

This is the, Heart Machine. Yeah. But its pretty useful I guess.

How this Heart Machine works is that if a Human’s Upper Torso/Heart is dead, You can attached a Blood Vessel from the Heart Machine to the Human’s Upper Torso. Then Activate the Heart Machine. It will basically stop every disadvantage about not having a heart. However deleting the Blood Vessel will stop the Heart Machine from fixing the disadvantages of no Heart. So the human has to carry the Heart Machine for all of its life.

Chainsaw

This has to do with amputation. It works.

It just cuts off limbs.

Bandages

These Bandages are highly useful for bleeding, gunshots and stab wounds.

Place bandages on bleeding limbs to stop bleeding. Very simple.

Basic Medical Procedures

This will be about the steps to heal basic wounds. Heart Monitor Is always needed.

Single Gunshot / Single Stab

Materials Needed:

  1. Bandages
  2. Mending Syringe
  3. Coagulation Syringe

Steps:

  1. Place bandages on the wound.
  2. Inject a Coagulation Syringe to stop the Internal Bleeding.
  3. Inject a Mending Syringe to speed up the healing process and revive the dead Body parts.

Blunt Damage

Materials Needed:

  1. Mending Syringe
  2. Defib
  3. Adrenaline Syringe

Steps:

  1. Inject a Mending Syringe to the Dead body parts.
  2. Defib the human, It will stop the Body parts from dying.
  3. Inject an Adrenaline Syringe to stop the numbing.
  4. If the Human has Brain Damage. Let him sleep for a while, soon the Brain Damage will go away.

Flame Damage / Electric Damage

Materials Needed

  1. Mending Syringe
  2. Defib
  3. Adrenaline Syringe
  4. Extinguisher

Steps:

  1. Inject a Mending Syringe to the Injured Body Parts. Keep the Mending Syringe on so that the burns will soon be gone.
  2. Inject Adrenaline to stop the Numbing.
  3. Defib the Human until he stops taking damage.
(Incase a fire starts use the Extinguisher)

Advanced Medical Procedures

This will be about more advanced and dangerous wounds. Heart Monitor is always needed.

Multiple Gunshots

Multiple Gunshots in different limbs.

Materials Needed:

  1. Defib
  2. Coagulation Syringe
  3. Knockout Syringe
  4. Mending Syringe

  5. Inject the Adrenaline Syringe to stop the Numbing.

Note: If you want to place a limb/metal rod on the humans missing limb. It wont change anything because it wont be able to grab anything.

Leg Amputation

Detaching of the Leg.

Materials Needed:

  1. Defib
  2. Coagulation Syringe
  3. Knockout Syringe
  4. Mending Syringe

  4. Defib the Human for a few times until he stops taking damage in all body parts.
  5. Inject the Adrenaline Syringe to stop the Numbing.
  6. Create a Makeshift Wheelchair. Like this Image right here.

Brain Damage

You might think there wont be any way to do this. But there surely is. However. It only works sometimes.

Materials Needed:

  1. Defib
  2. Bandages
  3. Mending Syringe
  4. Tritium Blood Tank
  5. Adrenaline Syringe

Steps:

  1. Quickly place bandages and inject a Mending Syringe on the Human’s head.
  2. Inject an Adrenaline Syringe.
  3. Defib the Human until his entire body has revived and has stopped taking damage.
  4. Now you might think this is where it ends but the Human will still have brain damage so he will twitch a lot and be very dumb and unresponsive.
  5. Get Tritium. To get Tritium get an Atom Bomb and place a Blood Vessel from the Atom Bomb to the Blood tank. The Blood tank will collect the Tritium inside the Atom Bomb.
  6. Now Place a blood vessel from the blood tank to the Human’s Head. And remember not too much tritium.

This is what happens when you Inject too much Tritium. Subject 01 is the small amount of Tritium and a successful Brain Repair. Subject 02 is alive but his brain is forever dead because I injected too much Tritium.

Dead Heart

How to Fix a Broken Heart.

Materials Needed:

  1. Cardiopulmonary Bypass Machine
  2. Bandages

  1. radiation poisoning can be cured in my experience:

drain all liquids from the human
get fresh blood or centrifuge the old blood to purify it
just dump the pure blood into them

  2. Updating your experiment, I have done what you tried and it was successful with only minor complications that come with a momentary glow of tritium.

  3. Side note: The blood, after being removed, Appears to have lost the tritium fully after being placed into another individual.

  4. I was able to produce a weapon capable of consistently killing individuals enhanced with the so called “Immortality serum”. It is rather compact for what it is capable of.
