TRAHA Global – Mail Guide

What is the Mailbox?

Players can accept items that have been purchased or sold through auctions and receive login rewards through the mail. This is also where you may receive messages from the support staff.

Mail is divided into [Account] and [Character] mail. Rewards sent to your account can be claimed by all characters on your account.

Rewards from account mail will only be sent once per character and account mail gifts cannot be restored, so be careful when claiming gifts.

Rewards sent by character mail can only be viewed and claimed by that particular character.

Mail Information

You can claim and check the expiration period of items that have arrived by mail.

  1. Item Information: View the item name and reason for delivery.
  2. Receive/Receive All: Claim individual items or claim all items that have arrived by mail.
    • If your bag is full, you cannot claim items from the mail.
  3. Mail Expiration Period: View the expiration period of mail. Changes to the Delete button when the mail expires. If you do not delete it with 24 hours of expiration, mail will be automatically deleted.
