F2P MOC Tier List (Patch 1.1)

This tier list is based on what I believe gives your account the best value with limited resources. For example. Qingque is ranked low because she requires E6 to shine, whereas Sushang is ranked high because she turns on at E1. I also factor in the enemies you face in this version of MOC (patch 1.1).

Characters are not ranked within their tier (so Luocha is not better than SW, I just got to him first).

Stelle is Fire MC, Caelus is Physical MC.
