Despite what the wiki says, passive vents will NOT release all gas at least when in connected to a room (from experience) so greenhouse external radatior systems for example will continue to have gas in them..why is that important?

A portable tank on an uninsulated connector does not loose temperature. A portable tank unconnected does. I think this is a bug, I think the unisulated connector likely should.
