USI Guide to Tier 2 Base with Helpful Tips

This base is unlocked by clearing Sector 26. Your primary focus early on is mats income, so you can unlock more slots.

This base introduces a new building and a new resource: Parts. They’re used to level up components and boosters. To make components in this base, you need parts, which require mats.

Note for making focused setups:

• The boosters in all the setups below are in their optimal slots.

AFK Setup after unlocking both of the 6e4 mats slots. Now it’s time to get some parts and components along the way.

AFK Setup after unlocking both of the 6e6 mats slots. It looks weird, considering you can get 3 double-boosted mats, but this is optimal.

AFK Setup after unlocking both of the 6e8 mats slots. Now we have 4 triple-boosted slots we can work with, so one part is placed in one of them.

You can put a component where any of the mats are, if you want more components income.

If you are past this point, then you have all slots unlocked. There’s an AFK setup below. If you want some focused setups, you can replace all the buildings in the 6 triple-boosted slots with either mats, parts, or components.
